We offer a lifetime service warranty on the gold metal of all jewelry purchased from us.

You can bring your item back to our company for repairs and maintenance at any time.

Please note:

• This warranty covers only the gold metal
• Stones, pearls, and other materials are not covered under warranty
• Repair charges may apply depending on the nature and extent of the damage

Delivery Information

• Production Timeline: 5–7 working days after payment confirmation
• Delivery Timeline: 2-4 working days after production
• Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on customization requests.
• We currently deliver orders within Colombo. For orders outside Colombo or in Colombo suburbs, please contact us before making the payment to confirm delivery availability and timeline.

Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery for all confirmed jewellery orders.

Please note that additional delivery charges may apply in special cases, such as:

• Re-delivery due to customer unavailability
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Exchange requests due to customer preference or size change
